Has anyone used Inositol to help with ovulation and PCOS symptoms?

I've heard myo inositol can help with so many things when you have PCOS , has anyone tried it.?

Hey, I have been taking it for 3 months, starting my 4th month tomorrow.  I have normal 27 - 28 day cycles on myo inositol.  Normally my cycles was like 50 + days with periods lasting longer than 7 days and then I usually needed meds to help stop my periods. My hair fell out a lot and that has stopped.  So I would say it helps alot.

I haven't. I suggest looking into and trying Seed Cycling and herbal supplements like Maca Root, Vitex and Fem Rebalance.
