So I just got back from a 3 week visit with my boyfriend and we had sex pretty often. He would go in condomless, go until he got close, then put on a condom and finish inside me in the condom. I got the nexplanon placed October 18 2016 but I am considered obese (5'3", 235lbs). I had a period about a month after insertion and haven't had one since then. But now I'm having this weird brown discharge with brown clots and some mild cramping. Is this just my new period or do I need to worry about pregnancy? I feel like we were decently safe. We're monogamous and are okay with having a child but would prefer not to since we aren't married yet and my family is against that.
