Do you prefer a certain kind of birth control or just let nature take its course?

IUD for me.

I was taking the pill to help regulate me and help prevent pregnancy of course, but since moving I've got no health insurance yet here and I've been off the pill a few months, but my period is regulated so far. Honestly though, it's different for everyone. I tried DEPO and it messed me up, I had two periods in one month, so I got Ortho tricyclen and it was great. May take some experimenting, though, to find what's right for you.
