intense pain and rough sex

okay ladies, i had intercourse tonight and after i got INTENSE pain on my lower abdomen, similar to menstrual cramps but 10x worse. it was an acute shooting pain that shot through my lower abdomen to... here's the weird part... my anus. The pain was so bad i couldn't even stand, still can't, this happened at 8 and it's already 1 am. so does anybody relate? would it be cystitis or a bruised cervix??
