me and my boyfriend of 6 months want to be more sexual in our relationship is it too young for me to give blowjobs and maybe have sex? (14 nearly 15)

To be honest, if you're asking, I think you already know the answer.

People always say "if you feel ready", but you've only been dating him 6 months and you're awfully young. I would wait at least longer into the relationship or get yourself some form of birth control be it the pill or even condoms. You need to make the decision for yourself, but I just don't want you making a big decision just because some strangers on an app told you to.
