Yesterday when i went to sleep i had some Ovary Cramps and it felt it like if i had a heat patch in my ovaries and the cramp ran to my tight. And today Don't feel it as much But my left ovary side started itching for like 5 sec. I know is not a cyst because i Had does pain twice in my life and they will twist my whole body. But had anyone had this ovaries cramp? And what Was it?
