am I normal? or should I get help?
So I know this sounds dumb but it's very serious to me. When I'm away from my husband I get really depressed. Almost like suicidal because i miss him so much. And this is just during a typical work day 8-5. I know it's normal to miss your hubby when he's away but he's just at work. Monday's are extremely hard because we normally have a great weekend attached at the hip so Monday's I struggle focusing on my job and struggle with depression. Is this seperation anxiety? What do I do? Cuz the pain is very real to me. Do I seek counciling what are yalls opinions?
