Hi everyone!

I need some advice. A dear friend of mine and get husband found out years ago that they were never going to conceive their own child due to multiple medical issues with both of them. After a number of years and close to a miscarriages, they stopped trying.

They have now been waiting over 5 years to adopt. On the eligible list for 5 years! Aside from how heartbreaking that is and how much I pray for a baby or toddler for them, I'm now looking for advice on how to tell them we are expecting. I know it will hurt no matter how I tell them, but I could use advice on how to break this to her, specifically.
