what symptoms did you have at 4 weeks?

I'm 4 weeks 1 day. So far all I have is terrible insomnia and this morning around 4ish my boobs were hurting. But that's it. What symptoms do/did you have at 4 weeks if any?

I am 5 weeks today and I have experienced  sore boobs right from ovulation till now, cramping from 4 weeks and 1 day and insomia as well. At 5 weeks my sleep has improved

Hey I'm exactly 4 weeks today & I just feel tired & my boobs are sore. Sometimes i feel a little nauseous but don't know if that's just from me being extra anxious

I'm 4 weeks today, and sleep is hard to get too.. and some times coffee, which I love, smells icky... but that's about it. I have nothing else going on.. which I'm greatful for lol

Around 4 weeks pregnant I had some light brown spotting ! And my boobs we're fuller. Also, my nose works very well !!! I'm now 5 weeks 1 day. My boobs are still fuller. I'm pretty much exhausted all day and felt nauseous today a bit.

I'm 4 wk 2 days and I've been having some cramping & just started having some very light brown discharge. Also very sore boobs... and today I'm pretty sleepy! 
Also really hungry all the time but don't always want to eat lol

I'm 4 weeks and 5 days. I have had some serious cramping from week three on. They have gotten a little more spaced out over the last couple of days, but come on SO strong out of nowhere. Also, my sore boobs started right at 4 weeks. Have had some queasiness and random bouts of tiredness, but nothing too notable with either.

I'm 4 wks 1 day too, I've mostly had brown spotting, bloating, cramps, and a good mood, lol. My boobs were sensitive last week but not now. Waiting for the tired to hit me, not excited about that.
