nose bleeds and early labor?

I've been have really strong inconsistent contractions for the last few days. I have also had about 7 nose bleeds the last few days! Is this related? The 'coked out junkie' is not a good look for me 😂 especially at 39 weeks pregnant. Sorry judgmentally staring shoppers of Target... I promise I'm taking good care of this baby!
