Need to keep calm? Lower blood pressure? Put your mind & pregnancy worries at ease?
Start to cultivate your ujjayi pranayama (victorious breath) by slowly inhaling through your nose, seal your lips, exhale slowly through your nose.
There should be a slight restriction in the back of your throat. Your breathing will sound like ocean waves. If the heat you build is too much exhale it out through your mouth. Then continue your ujjayi breathing again.
