Relaxation to prepare for labor

Stephanie
I already struggle with anxiety and after having two previous miscarriages, I am absolutely terrified of a stillbirth (I'm 33 weeks). I plan on having a natural labor and delivery - we have a midwife and a doula. I've been practicing some relaxation techniques whenever I feel anxious about baby's wellbeing. I've specifically been studying hypnobirthing. I've been taking warm baths and listening to guided meditation tracks to help ease my mind.
I thought we could all share what helps us relax the most since pregnancy can be intense!
