Need some advice:)

Okay so I found out the day after thanksgiving I was pregnant again. I still haven't seen a doctor due to my grandmother passing and the holidays plus my daughter was sick so I've made an appointment at the clinic for Thursday I'm guessing I'm about 12-13 weeks along..can any mommy's give me some insight want to expect with My first appointment seeing as how I'm so far along TIA!!!!
