symptoms before bfp 💛

So this month I'm really hoping after months of ttc we get our bfp. I have slight lower abdomen pain, when I wipe in toilet I have occasionally been getting a slight brownish discharge. I also have painful boobs and keep salivating lots, this has started today. I really hope I'm not over thinking things again and after years of trying this is our time. Has anyone had these symptoms and got a bfp? (Feeling hopeful) 😊
