I got diagnosed with an ovarian cyst in August. My doc said it should go away. But I feel like it's getting bigger? I have pain in my left lower abdomen that's worse with bowel movements and sex. It's only dull and achy but it's a heavy sensation. Can an ovarian cyst keep you from ovulating? I don't want surgery to remove it if I can get around it. What do you guys do with your cysts???
