vitex ?

So I heard that vitex is good for many things !!! I'm so upset I didn't know about this earlier 😞 do you guys take vitex ? How often ? And for what reason did you decide to take it for ? Do you guys recommend it ? Please lmk what you guys think of it 🤗

I take 500mg a day and have been for about 2 months.
It has helped SO much with PMS.
I was on birth control for 10 years due to my periods being so freaking awful. I got off of the birth control on October 18 and waited until I got my period before I started taking the Vitex (Chasteberry).
I swear this stufff is a miracle in a capsule.
I have recommended this stuff to about 8 people--weather they have painful periods, endometriosis,pics,fertility issues or whatever.
I also have a friend whose been taking it for about a year and it has helped her periods regulate and be a LOT less painful.

Also helps reduce the risk of a mc and can be taken until second trimester. I've been on it a little over a week now.

I tried it for two months. I originally was taking it to help with fertility. It seemed to move up my ovulation date each month.
