what should i do??

so i'm a rower and if anyone knows what rowing is knows that it's extremely challenging and for my team we meet 5-6 days a week for 2 hours and train fall, winter and spring. i'm a little overweight and i'm really struggling. it's my senior year and since it's all year, i have about 6 more months to go but it's my last year doing it. i hate it when i'm there and i'm doing so bad and it's expensive but my mom really wants me to do it but i'm one of the worst on the teams. so what should i do?
