My lo is 3 weeks. When does she start things like better control of limbs, interest in things like toys, and looking and smiling? So far she recognizes our faces and likes to be held a lot.

Answer

She'll start smiling typically between 6 and 8 weeks of age. More controlled limb movements  at 3 to 4 months. 
Make sure she has time on her tummy every day, even if she doesn't like it. It helps to prevent a misshapen head and also develops neck and upper body strength.

My baby was born a breech baby his 3weeks old im not sure what to expect but he doesn't stand like his suppose to its like his legs aren't  strong enough im not sure if its just my imagination but when do they check the developments of a breech baby
