BARTHOLIN CYST REMEDY

AJ
Ladies, if you suffer from the devil's work known as Bartholin cysts, I FEEL YOUR PAIN and this post is for you! Hope this helps you as much as it has helped me.
I have suffered from recurring Bartholin cysts for 4 years now and endured it all—the lancings, the ward catheters, the works.
I wish I had thought to scour the internet before ever getting lanced because once I did I discovered a self treatment that actually works and saved me from the marsupialization surgery doctors suggest.
GOOGLE AND DOWNLOAD "Bartholin Cyst Miracle Method" by Janet Freeland. You won't regret it!
Now, I don't follow it to the letter (though I should), but since began using this guide the number of cysts I experience per year is down 50% and when one does develop I am able to get it to drain much faster—down from over a week to two days! And that was just with applying a hot water bottle, tea tree oil, and witch hazel—I didn't have access to a bath at the time. If I were more diligent I might suffer even less.
The shorthand guide:
Take as many minimum 15-20 min hot, shallow baths with tea tree oil, lavender oil, Himalayan salt (epsom in a pinch though I prefer H), and baking soda as you can.
When not in the tub, apply a hot water bottle to the area with a compress or towel soaked in tea tree, witch hazel, and chamomile.
At minimum use tea tree oil! It does irritate the skin so I like to mix with witch hazel but I've found the irritation and drying is what helps get the sucker to pop and drain faster so it's worth it!
You have nothing to lose in trying this safe, organic method. Highly recommend you do!
Above all else, know YOU ARE NOT ALONE!
P.S. doctors don't really know why these cysts happen but for me they seem to be connected to stress and condoms—specifically due to friction, I believe. So when using condoms be sure to keep well lubricated! After sex, wash up ASAP and wipe down with tea tree and witch hazel to sanitize. Ideally, take the above bath after sex as a preventative measure.
