I REALLY WANT TO START RUNNING AGAIN! I LOST 65lbs THEN GOT MARRIED AND PREGNANT. I WAS REALLY FIT BUT KIND OF SLACKED OFF AFTER I MET MY HUSBAND. SAFE TO RUN AFTER 5 MONTHS OF NOT REALLY RUNNING? I USED TO RUN AT LEAST 30 MILES A WEEK.. MAYBE JUST START OFF SLOW AND RETRAIN MYSELF? THOUGHTS? ❤
