how to get rid of eczema???

so my little girl is 3 years old... i literally tried everything to get rid of it and nothing helps , her doctor said that she will eventually grow out of it but its still on her skin😔😔😔anything else that helps??? i tried coconut oil and it got worse....

Hey mama I have 14 month old boy. I tried everything and two things worked. I pray they help you.

1) I use almond oil mixed with tea tree oil that you rub on them every morning and evening when I change him.

2) this brand called weleda it's a calindula cream which is naturally for exzema.

Good luck. Also my kid breaks out worse with cows milk that might also be an issue. It's not the lactose it more that the cow protein is so hard for babies to break down that almond milk or other is better.

Ask your doc for a referral to a dermatologist. They can do light therapy which helps lots as well as many other things

The little girl I babysit had really bad excema at that age, she still gets breakouts sometimes but they are very careful about her diet. Also Epsom salt baths all the time seemed to help a lot!

Try cocoa butter lotions. Or, Epsom salt baths. She WILL grow out of it, I did for the most part. My legs dry up but that's pretty much it now.

Have you had her allergy tested? I've had eczema for years and changing my diet has helped a lot but it's hard to pin point exactly what causes it. A dermatologist can prescribe ointments that help but she may be too young for them. Researching food allergies may give you some direction to go in.

I've had it for 15 years (got it when i was 3) and nothing has helped me. I haven't grown out of it. I've tried everything, and the wpsom salt seems to work best. Best of luck.

I had Eczema ever since i was born and my mom used to freeze my clothes when i was a baby to help with dust mites and that really helped and then if my skin got really bad i would  take oatmeal bath (at least thats what i called it ) and it was the most helpful thing. I am 18 now and if my skin getting irritated i still take oatmeal baths.
This is the oatmeal stuff just warm water and one pack should help.

I have eczema as well! My dermatologist recommends cerave and cetaphil. Other than that, there really isn't much you can do about it...

I've had severe-ish eczema all my life, and whenever I have a breakout I use Aquafor overnight and by the next morning it's gone down tremendously.
