Every night girl. Unless I got super sweaty during the day then I'll shower and change when I get home.

Dude I don't have enough underwear to change them everyday. I take a shower, put some on, go to bed, wear them the next day, go to bed and then take a shower and change them. Is that bad??

Whenever I feel I need to. At least once a day. Sometimes I'll wear a small panty liner to keep it fresh

Every night after my shower. And in the summer I change them whenever I get sweaty because my thighs touch and my undies get really sweaty and gross.
