Wanting but afraid to orgasm?

When me and my SO have sex, I want to but am afraid to? I get this, I have to pee feeling. And feels really good but I'm afraid that I might actually pee. 
I haven't had an orgasm yet, but that feeling constantly happens and I think I'm close? But not sure. 
Does anyone else get that feeling? And does it lead to an orgasm or...?

Just let it go! When I get that feeling most of the time nothing happens except an orgasm. Every once in a while I actually squirt, it's only happened like 3 times in a year and a half of having sex with my bf but when it does, he get so pumped and proud of himself and is like on top of the world for the rest of the day because he made me squirt haha, he thinks it's the greatest compliment ever

I definitely get that feeling and I’ve let my SO know that it’s possible that pee is in the mixture when the big O does happen- it just feels better to communicate that, and a partner who understands that and treats it like the normal thing that it is is just a better human for it. 
So about the pee feeling, I practice breathing deeper and I picture “opening up” more or relaxing when I begin to feel it, and the I feel the gush. I’ve found that I can force the orgasm when I’m close but that doesn’t feel right to me. I get too focused on it actually happening than I do on enjoying the sex. 
So when you do start to feel that pee feeling, you could try vocalizing to your partner that you like what they’re doing which will excite them more, and with a consistent thrust (or whatever is being done) and a bit more intensity (harder, basically) you could have your very own O! 
It’s kinda like if the O was a punching target, you’d want to picture punching past the target like they teach in self defense.
