Just took a test which I know was probably stupid at 8dpo and it was negative. Kind of feeling a little numb about the whole situation now. We mc in Novermber and this month cycle decided to try the SMEP stuck to it religiously. Feeling so let down and deflated. I haven't had any symptoms at all and last time I had sore boobs, creamy cm and lots of cramping. Just sad.
