pregnant but don't feel pregnant

So I'm over the moon to be pregnant and due in sept 2017 but I don't feel any different yet. I guess I just worry that it won't stick. If it doesn't would I know and experience bleeding? Or can you just suddenly not be pregnant and not know?! Just feel like I want to see under my skin and know what's going on and if everything is ok. Sounds so stupid I know!
