I am only 7 weeks 3 days and have already run the gamut. Sea bands- not sure if they are working or not, but I keep wearing them anyway. Ginger- also not sure if it's working, but I keep drinking it. Peppermint- the tea helps, if only for the smell. Preggie drops/pops- too sugary, make me sicker. Crackers- eating a few cheez-its every couple of hours seems to be working as of now. About to try some arometherapy, bc my nausea is definitely triggered by smells. Try sniffing lemons or buying candles and incense.

I've actually found that ginger tea with a little honey and lemon works wonders! It didn't help my last pregnancy so maybe it doesn't work for everyone but it has saved me this go round!
