help me speculate: twins???
My Husband and I thought we spotted two gestational sacs on US at 4+0. I know it's very early and probably nothing but it made us even more suspicious that my gyno put two arrows on the picture she printed out. She didn't say anything, but maybe she didn't cause it's too early to tell for sure? Cause when I told her I was pregnant she said she suspected as much on my last exam five days before by the way my uterus looked but didn't want to say anything just yet. 
So what do you girls think? Could it be twins??
