I am 39 years old, 40 in August. I love seeing "reports" that more women 35 yo and older are getting pregnant/having babies, but man, it doesn't help with preventing me from putting so much focus on "when am I ovulating," "ok honey, today's the day, I think I'm ovulating," which in turns just takes away the spontaneity and fun of having sex. It's so easy for people to say "oh just relax and let it happen." I want to, I try, but it's hard to put those thoughts out of your head when you are actively trying to get pregnant and that's your ultimate goal. Please tell me I'm not the only one who feels this way 😩
