today I got a BFP

So I took a test today and I got a positive. I've only taken one test and I had a feeling that this was the one. I think I'm still in shock. Im just concerned because I recently lost my job and benefits so I don't really know what to do about healthcare. I'm staying positive and trusting that God has a reason for everything. Baby dust for you all still trying.
