opinions on inducing ?

Had an appointment today , I asked my OB if my due date was still the same I'm 34 weeks I know a little early to ask but I was just wondering.... anyway he said if my bones are to tight my baby would have to come one week earlier 😵 has that happen to any of you lady's ?
