How to get rid of nausea ??

So I'm 7 weeks pregnant tommorow  and I have bad naseua . I would like to know your opion ladies of how to get rid of it the most natural way. Thanks a lot

My doctor suggested that I start taking vitamin B6 in the morning then I take it again at night with unisom and I haven't felt nauseous. I started taking last week Thursday and I haven't felt nauseous since!

Mine is awful as well like an all day everyday thing. For some strange reason the Lemonhead candies and the lemon flavored preggo pop drops have been the only things to make my stomach feel "settled" for a while. Ginger doesn't help, mints don't help nothing else helps but these lemon candies

I'm buying those sea bands on my way to work today.... ginger  candies are gross to me.  Ginger ale works too.

Anything peppermint works for me, eg tea, biscuits, after dinner mints etc, Ginger tablets, sea sickness wrist bands.

Nothing worked for me until I had a visit with my doctor and she gave me two pills to take at night before bed. So far on it first day and I wasn't nauseous which is a miracle because I literally was for a whole month straight all day and all night. So talk to your provider! See what they can do for you

Preggie pops. And saltines. I usually feel better if I just get it over with and throw up. Preggie pops do wonders. They gave vitamins and taste wonderful! I find that fruity tastes make me less nauseous too

I lived off peppermint essential oil my last two pregnancies! Rub some behind your ear lobes.. It doesn't always take it away but it always helps a little at the very least!

Eating... I find that when I eat every hour or so, I am way less nauseous...
