could this be IB ?

Last week I had a high temp for 3 days and only in the morning. I have been experiencing cramping and my uterus feels heavy. Last night I cramped and cramped but felt so dull. Now I went to the restroom for a bm, when I wiped it was pink/brown. I'm crampy now but no need for a pad just yet. My period is due for this Saturday. Ladies what do you think?
