What do I do?

I have no energy whatsoever what can I take to give me energy now that im pregnant. I am the manager at my job and need to be alert for 10 hours but cant stop sleeping. Help:(

OMG I'm always tired😩😩😩 I work in a call center and I fall asleep at my desk atleast three times a day😴😴😴 I'm always exhausted even after taking a shower I'm super tired and out of breath.... I'm 20 weeks now and just a few weeks ago I had a burst of energy but that didn't last....

Sleep is my best friend. I can't do a thing.. always lazy and tired though I am almost 14 weeks but it didn't go away. That's my main symptom 😩 ugh. I feel ya!
