getting pregnant after have an ectopic pregnancy

Hi all! I am a month into recovery after finding out I was having an ectopic pregnancy which resulted in a ruptured Fallopian tube that had to be removed. I am wondering if any other women out there had something like this happen to them. Have you been successful in conceiving again, were you as nervous and scared the same thing would happen as I am feeling, how long post surgery did it take? I know everyone is different, but stories of hope would be nice to hear!
