Everyday is fine if your man has decent sperm. It's kinda a myth that the quality goes down. If your man has good sperm doing it everyday is just fine. That's how I got pregnant. 
They say every other day because sometimes a man sperm takes a little bit to rejuvenate so to say, and therefore if you do it everyday it doesn't have time to do so. This a true if your man doesn't have the greatest a sperm. It's not a bad thing to do it every other day, you're chances will be just as good.
