Hello ladies. This year I am attempting to lose weight. I am 17 and I recently got a gym membership and I'm attempting to go at least 3 times a week, most likely more depending on homework load! I am also trying to eat healthier, for instance everyday for breakfast I have a protein shake and for lunch a salad. I was wondering if you wonderful ladies have an adivce and or tip that's worked for you when trying to lose weight. ❤
