Running out of time
So I just received awful news from the fertility specialist the other day. Besides problems with ovulating and a possible low sperm count, we found out that I am running out of eggs prematurely. I'm only 30 years old. It seems like our only chance is going to be ivf, but we have to decide before it's too late. I thought we would have plenty of time to decide and save money, but now the only option I see is going into debt if we want a biological baby. I'm just not sure what to do.
*Update: We are starting to consider embryo adoption. Although I'd prefer a biological baby, this seems like an option that will give us more time to prepare and might not be quite as expensive. If anyone has experience with this, I'd love to hear it.
