I'm kinda upset. I didn't start building milk supply until the second week of December and then I got lazy with pumping because my daughter eats so often (probably ever 2 to 3 hours) when I went back to work she ran through my supply in 3 days.

How I'm having thoughts of being exclusively pumping and breast feeding since I have had no other choice but to give her formula since I do not have a supply.

I pump one to two times at work. I really need to make sure I do it at least two times no matter what. But I want my daughter to be satisfied and full.

She's 10 weeks old, I was curious to see how many mom's put a little bit of rice cereal in their breast milk to help their babies stay full longer. I was thinking I would put enough in just to be able to see with my bare eye that it's there. Not too much. I don't want to give her discomfort
