nutrition when pregnant

I have to be honest. Since I've become pregnant my food aversions and nausea have been awful. I used to love eating veggies and salads, and now the sight of most vegetables repulses me. My diet has been bizarre. I mostly crave carbs when I do want to eat anything, and not good carbs either. I feel super guilty for not eating healthier and was wondering if anyone had any tips? I'd really like to get on a good track again! Thank you!!
