is a Hormone Rash a thing??

So I stopped taking my birth control (after 13 years of being on it) and I've developed this weird skin condition all down my back,shoulders and butt. It's almost like little darkish red spots like acne scars but they flare up if itched. Nothing topical does anything and the only thing that changed in the time frame it started was stopping my BC. All my skin, hair and laundry products are hypoallergenic- Has anyone else ever had this??
