Insomnia!!
Has anyone suffered from insomnia during their pregnancy? I'm currently on night 3 of getting roughly 4-5 hrs of sleep each night when I'm used to getting 7-8 hrs.
I've tried reading before bed, diffusing Lavender oil, putting lavender oil on my feet, changing positions, changing sleeping location, & eating a snack. I'm at a loss of what to do and really need my beauty rest.
