Who else is having headaches or migraines?😖😣

I've had this headache for about 24hrs now it's doesn't go away sleep doesn't help nor does eating because I'll just end up throwing everything up even water 😑😐
Who else has gone threw this?

I had this too. Try get your partner or friend to give you a head massage try relieve tension just above the temples worked wonders for me. If it doesn't well then you have got a free massage anyway 😝 hope feel better soon xx

The extra hormones coursing through your body cause them. They're awful! I always find an ice pack or cold compress on your forehead and back of your neck helps. It will slow down the blood flow to your head (headaches mean increased blood flow). And drink drink drink lots of water xx

Gatorade.👌🏻 if you can't drink it, freeze it into ice cubes! The electrolytes always help me!

I would take a tylonel  with a little caffeine..... it was the worst i had them for about week 5
