Ovulation strip?

Ok so can someone who knows how to read these help me? My fiancé and I have a 7 month old and a wedding on the way so we r NOT ready for another baby but we had a slip up last night/early this morning and now I'm worried about if I was fertile or not.  My periods r still really effed up so the app cant properly track them or my ovulation. Thank you for any help

I’d say this was negative, but you could be ovulating in the next couple of days as it’s quite dark.  Sperm can live for days so even if you don’t ovulate for another couple of days you could still end up pregnant. xxx
