Uneasy feeling

For the past few days I've had headaches I can't shake off last night was horrible I couldn't sleep was having some shoulder pain with some lower leg pain then this headache that doesn't leave now this morning I just have this ugly feeling something is wrong. Should i go get checked out or am I over reacting?
