what are you ladies doing postpartum for exercise/weight loss?

Hey ladies! I had my little one towards the end of October. By 3 days postpartum I had lost 20 of the 35 pounds I gained in pregnancy. My baby is 12 weeks tomorrow and I realized I gained about 10 pounds of that back. I'm breastfeeding and feel hungry all the time. I feel so uncomfortable. I need some motivation to get back into the gym. What are you all doing to get into a good exercise routine? I would love some inspiration to get some of this weight down by my anniversary 😊 Thanks in advance!!
