Swelling in one ankle?

I'm almost 37 weeks. Just noticed I have swelling in my one ankle. I have really skinny ankles and u can usually see my bone but you can't now, and this is the first time I've had swelling in my whole pregnancy. In the past few days I've had pain in the same leg too. Just wondering if it's normal as my other ankle is completely fine..
