If your face was in them more it wouldn't look like you're just trying to show off your body.

Seeing as it's just your body in the picture you can definitely tell the purpose is to show it off. 
I wouldn't say "slutty" though.

You also look younger from what I can see of your face.

You're fully clothed and 'slutty' shouldn't be a term used to describe body confidence. You look great and in shape. You might get a nice mirror pic with your face too but I love these pics and your body looks more than fabulous! All my love x

They aren't slutty but you can tell you're just trying to show your body. Since the purpose for that isn't really known, i could understand if they said you want attention but not that their slutty

It would be different if your face was in the pictures, you can definitely see that the pictures are meant to show off your body. The pictures are not revealing though, I would try & get some shots that focus on your face and let your body still be in the picture
