cd 47 and have an upper respiratory infection and a sinus infection

I have a question. I was over 2 wks late and then I got sick and diagnosed with an upper respiratory infection and a sinus infection. Could that be the reason I'm late? All tests come back as negative but still no sign of af. I haven't been stressed (until I got sick) and my periods have been ever 27/29 days.
