Missed period!

Hi ladies! Just need opinions since I'm a bit confused. My fiancée and I had sex 3 times during my fertile week. (Trying for a kiddo) Missed my entire period this month. Idk why I felt like squeezing my nipple 😑, but I did and "milk" came out? I think...idk. That's why I'm confused because I thought women don't start producing lactose until waaaay later. I haven't taken a pregnancy test just yet because I want to see if I'll get my period anytime soon. If y'all could help a girl out, maybe if you've had the same or similar experience, that'd be awesome! Thanks❤
