I've had my skyla for about a month and I've been bleeding non stop for about 1 week strait because I just now quit my antibiotics bc of and infection. I know that it stops the. Birth control but does that mean I have to start the bleeding all over again ?? HELP

My gynecologist told me that it can last up to 8 months. Spotting is still better compared to the copper that I had before :)

Antibiotics don't affect the IUD. Sorry but I'm confused about what you are asking.

I got mine in November, I'm still spotting. I read it could take up to six months before your period and the spotting regulates again.
